Rarely in our classrooms will you find large group lectures where everyone is learning the same thing, regardless of their engagement or understanding. Instead, each highly qualified teacher is primarily responsible for three infants or toddlers at a time, allowing for more focused attention.  

Caregivers fill out daily reports and communicate directly with parents, allowing for a better continuation of daycare and home care.
